            Flagler County Abstract has been Flagler County’s first and foremost Title Company for the past 89 years.  We are the oldest business in Flagler County, opening shortly after the county was incorporated.  Being a family owned and operated business, Flagler County Abstract relies on our expertise and premier customer service to be the cornerstone of our company. 

The one major advantage that sets us apart from all others in our local industry is our title plant.  We have records that trace parcels in Flagler County to Spanish Land Grants and the King of Spain.  Our plant allows us to handle all the aspects of each transaction under our own roof and gives us the ability to turn around searches and processing in less than twenty-four hours.  

            Our ethos is that we work for the benefit of all concerned.
